After Purchase Service
- All purchasers will be managed under a special agreement we have with OWL Management Services. The management company will have the following services.
- Payment of property tax’s for international investors.
- Payment of the monthly HOA.
- Transfer of funds to a nominated bank account for the international investors, either on a monthly or quarterly basis.
- Account statement of investment on a monthly basis.
- All calls will be taken by OWL Management.
- Access to plumbers, electricians, painters or services are available.
- Cost for the above services range from 8% to 10% of the monthly rent.
- Introduction to an Accountancy firm that will complete purchasers tax returns for international investors.
NOTE – We have requested a formal briefing of the taxation implications which will be forwarded upon receipt at our Office.
- Re-sale of properties.
