Phillip attended the College of Commerce studying Management Accountancy for 3 years before moving on to the get a BA honours Degree in Business Management from Brunel University in the UK. Phillip previously worked for a number of financial institution during the 90's, before working in various positions across Ulster Banks Commercial and Corporate Markets Divisions.
He left in 2005 to set up Castleroc Estates Limited, which specialises in sourcing property opportunities across the US market.
