Who We Are

Foreclosed Property Florida is an affiliate of Castleroc Estates Limited an Irish company established in 2006 and located at 10 Harcourt Street in Dublin 2.

Castleroc Estates Ltd was established with the express aim of bringing real estate opportunities both residential and commercial to a market initially identified as the island of Ireland and over time to a wider audience in varied geographies.

Foreclosed property was established as an affiliate to exploit the unique opportunity currently presented by so many external factors that continue to depress the valuation of Floridian properties. We can source deeply discounted residential properties initially within the state of Florida and over time to other locations and geographies.

What We Do

We work with U.S based financial institutions, developers, professional investors and varied trusted partners to source properties that are heavily discounted, often by as much as 80% from values seen over the past few years, typically these units have an entry level of circa $50000 and generally have pre-qualified existing tenants, in this instance an investor could expect to yield upwards of 10%, this does vary depending on the entry pricepoint.
