What We Do
We work with U.S based financial institutions, developers, professional investors and varied trusted partners to source properties that are heavily discounted, often by as much as 80% from values seen over the past few years, typically these units have an entry level of circa $50000 and generally have pre-qualified existing tenants, in this instance an investor could expect to yield upwards of 14%, this does vary depending on the entry pricepoint.
